Quotable Supports – Stated Items

There are several line items across all funded categories that are defined as “Quotable”.

There are several line items across all funded categories that are defined as “Quotable”.
When a line item is defined as quotable, this means the support/service and or product should only be provided and claimed for if the support is specifically stated in the participant’s plan.

The conditions for Quotable supports are:

  • Providers must negotiate a price in a Service Agreement with a participant and provide a written quote for that supply.
  • The Quote needs to be provided to the NDIA for approval.
  • Once approved, the NDIA will release funds in the participant’s plan for claiming.
  • Plan managers are unable to claim against these lines until the above process is completed.
