Biography

Leah is an experienced Support Coordinator with over five years in the NDIS sector and more than a decade working within the disability field. She holds a Master’s in Policy (Social Change and Development) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, combining strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of human behaviour and social systems.

Leah is passionate about providing person-centred support and advocating for participants to have genuine choice, control, and agency in their lives. She takes pride in building strong relationships and empowering individuals to achieve their goals with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys travelling, reading, rock climbing, and sharing good coffee with friends.
